Appointments:

To request a diagnostic appointment please choose one of the following:

Urgent Appointments:
**For urgent appointments call (360)598-3141 and select option 1.

For Routine Exams

• Fax a completed referral to (360) 598-3431  We will call your patient to schedule an appointment and inform them of any preparation necessary
  
  
• Fill out a referral form, give to your patient and ask them to call to make their appointment at (360) 598-3141 option #1
  
  
• Call our scheduling desk at (360) 598-3141 option #1

A routine appointment can usually be scheduled to take place within 24-48 hours.

Exam Results

Urgent: The interpreting Radiologist will telephone with the exam results and discuss his interpretation with you before the patient leaves our facility. Please indicate you would like a Call Report on your referral and when scheduling the appointment.  Include your phone number

Routine: All results are typically sent by fax within 24 hours.  A copy is also mailed to you.

Exam Images: Films or a CD of the exam can be delivered to your office the following day via our courier, upon your request.  Contact our records department at (360) 598-3141 option #2
